Croci Manfred

Born in Rome in 1972. He graduated in violin at the "Santa Cecilia" Conservatory in Rome under the guidance of Alfredo Fiorentini, in chamber music at the Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia with Felix Ayo and achieved, after specialization course of four years, the performer diploma ("Meisterklassediplom") studying with Sören Uhde at the Hochschule für Musik in Würzburg in Germany.
He also specialized over fifteen years through the great Russian teaching tradition (St. Petersburg; Moscow) with internationally renowned musicians: Sergej Ghirshenko, Alexander Vinnitsky, Sergej Kravchenko, Viktor Tretjakov and Mariana Sirbu.

As a soloist he has performed in Rome, St. Petersburg, Würzburg, Pæstum with orchestras such as: Roma3orchestra, RomÆnsemble, Camerata Würzburg and Orchestra Filarmonica Salernitana.

He is active as a chamber musician performing in various formations including the "Quartetto Rimskij", the "Sestetto di Roma” (c.i.d.i.m.), and the “Polimnia Ensamble" in Italy, Russia, France, Germany and Spain.
He played in duo with Pavel Egorov, renowned Russian pianist, in St. Petersburg and Rome. He participated in national and international festivals and in 2007, as part of the "VII International Conservatory Week Festival" in St. Petersburg, he played in the official presentation ceremony of the honorary doctoral diploma to Krzysztof Penderecki, in his presence, performing his Sonata (1953).

As an orchestra player, over more than twenty years, he has collaborated with orchestras such as that of the Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia (five years), with the Teatro dell'Opera di Roma, with the orchestra of the Symphonic Institution Abruzzese (concertmaster), with the Rome Symphony Orchestra (concertmaster), Sicilian Symphony Orchestra (concertmaster), Roma3orchestra (concertmaster), Roma Sinfonietta (concertmaster), Camerata Würzburg (concertmaster) etc. He is the founder and artistic and musical director of the RomÆnsemble orchestra.

He has been teaching for more than twenty years. He was chosen by Sergei Ghirshenko as assistant professor at the Roman courses "International meetings with the Russian School", he held university seminars of violin and chamber music at "l’Università Roma3", teaches violin and has been a teacher of violin and chamber music at the summer courses of the Campus delle Arti e dei Saperi di San Gemini.
He was a violin teacher of the Basic Courses (pre-academic) at the "Santa Cecilia" Conservatory in Rome, (years 2014/15, 2015/16, 2016/17 - institute ranking 16515 / PR11 of 06/12/2011); from the above ranking was chosen for similar teaching at the Nazareth Institute in Rome in agreement with the "Santa Cecilia" Conservatory (years 2015/16, 2016/17, 2017/18). He was an instrument teacher (violin) in the secondary school (2016/17, 2017/18, 2018/19). He regularly teaches in other Roman schools and is the artistic director of the "Zagarolo International Music Campus".

He grew up in a family of musicians, including some renowned conductors such as Giuseppe Morelli, Piero Gamba, Cesare Croci, his father, who was formed at the school of Igor Markevitch, presented him also to conducting through the international masterclasses in Rome. He studied with Lior Shambadal and the school of Ilja Musin with Ennio Nicotra. As director he has already performed with the Rome Symphony Orchestra, the Italian Symphony Orchestra, RomÆnsemble, Rome Sinfonietta Ensemble and in Russia with the Soloists of Nizhny Novgorod.

He has recorded for the label "Fonoteca" the music by Giovanni Sgambati for violin and piano, of which he edited an edition published by "Boccaccini & Spada".  Spoken languages: Italian, Russian, English and German.

Il violoncello di David Eggert e i tasti del pianoforte di Nataša Šarčevič pronti a dare vita a melodie e suoni a metà tra libertà e furore. David Eggert è un giovane violoncellista canadese con una promettente carriera internazionale. Noto per la presenza scenica dominante e l’interpretazione brillante, affronta con creatività il repertorio classico pur dando prova di un forte impegno nei confronti della composizione musicale contemporanea. Dopo le esibizioni in Europa e Nord America, l’artista  è acclamato come un talento del futuro. Eggert ha conquistato il primo premio e cinque menzioni speciali al Concorso Internazionale di Violoncello “Antonio Janigro” di Zagabria, e ha ricevuto un premio onorario al Concorso Internazionale Naumburg di New York. Nato a Edmonton nel 1985, Eggert ha studiato con Tanya Prochazka che lo ha seguito  per tredici anni. All’età di 16 anni, ha conquistato il primo premio sia alla Canadian Music Competition che al National Music Festival suonando in un quartetto d’archi, e si è esibito in Canada come primo violoncello della National Youth Orchestra of Canada.  Natasa Sarcevic, pianista, docente di pianoforte principale al London College of Music, University of West London, si e' diplomata al'Universita' delle Arti di Belgrado (FMU) con il massimo dei voti nella classe di pianoforte della Maestra Jokut Mihailovic. Ha continuato gli studi presso la Hochschule fuer Musik und Darstellende Kunst a Francoforte con Maestro Lev Natochenny, ed al Royal College of Music a Londra con Maestra Irina Zaritskaya ed Alexandra Andrievsky.  A diciassette anni ha tenuto il suo primo Recital a Belgrado, considerato dalla prestigiosa rivista NIN uno dei migliori dieci concerti della stagione concertistica. Primo premio anche al Concorso di Beethoven del LCM a Londra, al "Victor Hoddy" a Londra, al "Petar Konjovic" ed al concorso "Olga Mihailovic", Natasa e' stata descritta come "la studentessa con il piu' grande talento della sua generazione". Da quel momento ha dato concerti in numerosi festival internazionali in Italia, Austria, Germania, Spagna, Portogallo, Olanda, Slovenia, Croazia, Latvia, Bulgaria, Serbia, Russia, Brasile e Regno Unito. Da quando si e' trasferita a Londra nel 2001, ha dato concerti in prestigiosi luoghi come Wigmore Hall, St. John's Smith Square, St. Martin in the Fields, St. James's Piccadilly, Edinburgh Festival Fringe, Barber Institute of Fine Arts, London Arts Fest, Paxton House Festival. A parte del suo repertorio da Bach a Schnittke, durante gli ultimi anni si e' dedicata in maniera particolare al repertorio solistico lisztiano ed alla musica da camera di Brahms.
